Abstract This presentation will cover how the Upstream Energy team at S&P Global (formally IHS Markit) has adopted Snowflake not only as an internal data warehousing tool, but more importantly as a delivery and reception platform to and from our customers through direct data shares and reader accounts and lessons learned along the way. Currently focusing on the Upstream Energy business line, he works towards adopting new and innovative technologies to increase productivity, reduce cost, and simplify complexity. Mathew's two most recent projects include migration and consolidation of our datacenter footprints across North America onto AWS and utilizing Snowflake as delivery platform for our North American energy data.
