Welcome to Dama Calgary


Since our formation in 2015 we've held over 45 chapter meetings.

Our ask is simple: 

"What can the DAMA Calgary Chapter 
provide to our community of practice?"


Our talks are for practitioners, by practitioners:

We feature talks by local subject matter experts found right here in our local communities.

Our purpose: To improve Data Literacy at all levels in our local communities.

We are gratified to host members from across Canada and beyond.

Our Mission

  • To provide a non-profit, vendor-independent association where data professionals can go for help and assistance.
  • To provide the best practice resources such as the DMBOK and DM Dictionary of Terms in a fashion that reaches as many DM professionals as possible.
  • To create a trusted environment for DM professionals to collaborate and communicate.
